Fetches a swig raw account. Will throw error if account not found
Parameters
- connection: Connection
  Solana connection
- swigAddress: PublicKey
  Public key of the Swig
- Optionalconfig: GetAccountInfoConfig
  commitment or GetAccountInfo config
Returns Promise<SwigAccount>
